Following the success of the 2020 Venice Film Festival where its star, Pierfrancesco Favino, won the Coppa Volpi, the film "Padrenostro", directed by Claudio Noce and based on the autobiographical story of the director (also screenwriter together with Enrico Audenino) who in December 1976, at the age of two, experienced first-hand the tragedy of the death of his father.
The film's TV premiere will be broadcast tomorrow, Saturday 16 January, at 21:15 on Sky Cinema Due (and at 21:45 on Sky Cinema Drama), and will be also available on demand on Sky and in streaming on NOW TV.
Padrenostro is produced by Andrea Calbucci, Pierfrancesco Favino and Maurizio Piazza, a Lungta Film, PKO Cinema & Co., Tendercapital Productions and Vision Distribution production, in collaboration with Sky and Amazon Prime Video, with the contribution of Regione Calabria and Calabria Film Commission Foundation.
