The First World War is over and Vittorio Battaglia, brother of the artistic founder Ercole, comes back to Italy. This is a fresh new start for Milan's Battaglia Foundry.
T-yong Chung has now chosen the Foundry as his inspiring place.
The Korean sculptor approaches for the first time bronze sculpture, thanks to the support of TenderToArt, Tendercapital's hub for visual arts, and shows Lavinia, a portrait of a young girl modeled in a classic figurative way and interpreted through T-yong Chung's style.
