Cannes Film Festival director Thierry Frémaux has announced the PALME D'OR D'HONNEUR to MARCO BELLOCCHIO that will be awarded at the end of the festival.

Frémaux also announced the world premiere of Bellocchio's new film, MARX CAN WAIT (Special Screening), which will be released simultaneously in Italy on July 15, distributed by 01 Distribution.
