After the victories in 2007 among the New Proposals with the song Pensa and in 2018 in the main competition with Non mi avete fatto niente paired with Ermal Meta, the Roman artist returns to the Ariston in the race with an intense song and songwriting. On Friday February 4, the album La mia Voce will be released and from February 7, Ghiaccio, a film in which he directed together with Alessio De Leonardis, will be in cinemas.

When did you get the idea to participate in the festival and why did you choose Sei Tu?
The idea blossomed at the end of the summer while I was preparing the album. The song was born during the writing of Ghiaccio. I had been thinking about it for years, but I never found a long enough period of time until the interruption of the live shows allowed me to dedicate myself to the film project. During the live shows there were moments during the breaks that I imagined new songs, with people everything becomes more photographic. While writing at home I would imagine a cut or a guitar riff in front of an audience, the film unlocked me!
