SIAE awards Elisa Fuksas for the creative talent

For 2021, SIAE has identified two young authors in the Venice Days programme to be supported with the Creative Talent Award. "In a year as complex as the one we are living," say Giorgio Gosetti and Gaia Furrer, General Delegate and Artistic Director of Giornate degli Autori, "SIAE's choice is certainly indicative of a promise of restart for Italian authorship. This award goes to two very different personalities, but who are united in the sign of music."

One of them is Elisa Fuksas - trained as an architect, but a writer and director by vocation - returns for the second year at the Venice Days: after the highly personal autobiographical stream of consciousness, iSola (2020), she arrives with Senza fine, an intimate yet universal portrait of an icon of Italian music such as Ornella Vanoni.
