In Rome, Capri and New York, the international guests are back at LE CONVERSAZIONI, the festival directed by Antonio Monda and Davide Azzolini, now in its 16th edition. For this year of revival and reopening, the Desire will be the fil rouge of the meetings: lust and irrationality, sexual attraction, conquest of power and money, or, rather, the illusion of fulfilment? But also, in a positive sense, vital impulse, desire for knowledge and aspiration to the universal. The protagonists of LE CONVERSAZIONI 2021 will be: Chiara Valerio, Teresa Ciabatti, Maaza Mengiste, Margo Jefferson, Abigail Dean, Candice Carty-Williams, Paolo Giordano, Colm Toibin, Olivier Guez, Brian Selznick, A.O.
