Diciannove, the debut feature film by Giovanni Tortorici, will be released in theaters on February 27.

This coming-of-age film stars Manfredi Marini, alongside Vittoria Planeta, Dana Giuliano, Zaccaria Delmas, Luca Lazzareschi, and Sergio Benvenuto.

A deeply personal and autobiographical exploration of the complexities of being 19, Diciannove was hailed by L’Espresso as “the most beautiful Italian film at the Lido” following its premiere in the Orizzonti section at the Venice International Film Festival. Produced by Luca Guadagnino, the film also received the prestigious NDR Young Talent Award at the Hamburg Film Festival.

A Frenesy Film Company production, co-produced with Pinball London and in association with Memo Films, AG Studios, and Tenderstories.

Diciannove arrives in theaters on February 27.
