Kordon by Alice Tomassini Now Available on Rai Play

Kordon (Confine), the documentary directed by Alice Tomassini and produced by Vatican Media and Tenderstories, is now available for streaming on Rai Play. This film tells a story of resistance and courage, but also of female solidarity, set against the backdrop of war and hope.

The documentary follows five Ukrainian volunteers who are at a station on the outskirts of Zahony, a small Hungarian town on the border with Ukraine. These women, engaged in non-violent struggle, act as shuttles between the two countries, bringing humanitarian aid and hope to a people under attack. It is a moving tale that highlights the fundamental role of women in the resistance, navigating daily hardships and driven by the desire to lend a hand to those who suffer.

Kordon is not just a war film, but a deep and emotional portrait of how solidarity can be a powerful weapon against brutality and indifference. The documentary reveals the stories of women who, far from the spotlight, fight every day for life and dignity, giving voice to hope in the darkest of times.

Now available for streaming, the film offers a powerful glimpse of courage and resilience that makes a difference.
